29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) Worksite: The area near a 31-inch in diameter outside manhole located between the job trailer and the corner of the building was littered with PVC pipe, utility tubing, commo and electrical cords and cables, hoses, scrap lumber and concrete debris, creating tripping hazards for employees.
