29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) At the jobsite, two employees installing trusses on the residential property under construction were exposed to falls over 6 feet.  OB & AB Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was conducted in OSHA inspection number 1501126, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 21, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2706 Arbor Edge Crossing Texas City, TX 77590.
