29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: a. On or about January 17, 2023, low slope roof, three employees installing a metal roof were not protected from the hazard of falling 8 feet 11 inches by the use of guardrails, safety nets, personal fall protection, or any other form of alternative fall protection.
