29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New residential construction located at 662 Ador Drive, Cumming, GA 30506, Top plate: On or about 1/14/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roof truss installation activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located at 662 Ador Drive, Cumming, GA 30506: On or about 12/28/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees fall hazards of approximately 18-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in installing roof trusses on the top plates of a residential structure.
