29 CFR  1926.1053(a)(1)(i): Self supporting portable ladders were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least four times the maximum intended load:    a)  At 2601 West Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On January 18, 2023; the employer allowed his employee to use a job made ladder on site that did not have blocks installed between the ladder rungs exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  17 feet 11 inches to the ground below.
