On or about January 12, 2023, the employer failed to secure the heater treater on the Case Wheel loader 721E before it was moved exposing employees to struck by hazard . b. On or about January 12, 2023, the employer failed to ensure employees were not between the Case Wheel loader 721E and the flatbed trailer working area exposing employees to struck by hazards.
