29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points. Employees were engaged in manufacturing activities at a facility located at 4400 E HWY 30, Kearney, NE 68847, and were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a rolling machine, in that the employees were feeding flat steel into the machine exposing the employees to machine hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Boxes in damp or wet locations shall be installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures. Employees were engaged in manufacturing activities at a facility located at 4400 E HWY 30, Kearney, NE 68847, and were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employees were working with corded power tools that are plugged into outlet boxes that are continually being sprayed with water-based coolant. The electrical boxes are of the knockout type which allows for fluids to get inside the enclosures.
