29 CFR  1910.305(e)(1): Boxes in damp or wet locations shall be installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures.  Employees were engaged in manufacturing activities at a facility located at 4400 E HWY 30, Kearney, NE 68847, and were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employees were working with corded power tools that are plugged into outlet boxes that are continually being sprayed with water-based coolant.  The electrical boxes are of the knockout type which allows for fluids to get inside the enclosures.
