29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 2790 Wiltshire Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430: On or about January 18, 2023, an employee was installing trim on a steep-sloped roof, approximately 15 feet above grade. The employee was not provided with a means of fall protection.
