29 CFR  1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked.   a.  At the warehouse number 18 located at 3010 Saddle Creek Road, Lakeland, FL: On or about 01/18/2023, at the warehouse - employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that, Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operators did not have a clear view of the warehouse aisles due to their path view was obstructed by merchandize pallets that were stacked at different heights and have been placed over the designated walk and verifiers area of the main aisle.  b. At the warehouse number 18 located at 3010 Saddle Creek Road, Lakeland, FL On or about 01/18/2023, at the warehouse - employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that,  pallets were obstructing the pedestrian and verifiers walk and standing area of the main aisle.  Saddle Creek Logistics was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1574800, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3010 Saddle Creek Road, Lakeland, FL.
