1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) Location: 15 North Beacon St, Allston MA On or about January 12, 2023, an employee was using a Socage model 120DJ aerial lift to perform masonry work on the building. An adequate inspection of the worksite that included the ground conditions and the distance of the lift from the building was not conducted prior to the start of work.
