29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 293 Oakwood Drive NW, Milledgeville, Georgia: On or about January 17, 2023, and at times prior, the employer was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) At 293 Oakwood Drive NW, Lot 40, Milledgeville, Georgia: On or about January 17, 2023 where a worker was observed exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet above the lower level in that the employer did not enforce the use of a ladder to access and egress the top plate relying on the use of the 2x4 wall brace.
