(a) At the workplace Rubio Premium Motor employees wearing full and half face respirators were not fit tested. On or about 1/11/23   Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.   Note: The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator.
