OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed a fall hazard when being lifted on the forks of as forklift.   On or about January 19, 2023, and times prior to, in the shipment receiving area of an establishment located at 5449 Maule Way in Mangonia Park, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet when being raised on the forks of a forklift onto a load of wire mesh upon a delivery truck to secure chains of a steel bracket used to unload the wire mesh.
