29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about January 19, 2023, throughout the facility, employees were engaged in work activities related to manufacturing activities were exposed to electrical deficiencies, such as, but not limited to the following: (a) Flexible cords and cables were used in lieu of permanent wiring where run through holes in electrical panels and switch enclosures that were not protected from damage; (b) Conduit fittings where conductors enter panels were not secured; (c) Junction box hanging from flexible conduit running over a refrigerator; (d) An open junction box was mounted to the metal frame between the transformer and the panel that was missing its cover; (e) Live electrical parts over 50-V were not guarded.
