29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At site located on 34176 US Highway 19 North in Palm Harbor, FL. Employees were exposed to eye injuries when using a corrosive sporicidal agent known as Sporgon, used for sterilization purposes , in that, the employer did not have an eye wash station to provide a continuous flow of at least 15 minutes.
