29 CFR 1910.22 (b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. a) On January 13, 2023, at the north wall of the storeroom, employees placing gaylords (cardboard bins) on the rack system were exposed to falling more than 4-feet when accessing and moving materials from the rack system that was not designed or constructed to support point loads imposed by employees standing and walking on the rack.
