29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. On or about January 19, 2023, Employees were exposed to fall hazards while standing on the mid-railing and climbing over the edge of the lift basket while using pneumatic nail gun for framing operations while extended approx. 12ft without the use of fall protection.
