On or about August 20, 2023, at an establishment located at 1564 South Koeller Street in Oshkosh, Wisconsin; the main grill power cord was not provided strain relief.  The protective sheath was damaged and pulled back exposing the conductors.

On or about August 20, 2023, at an establishment located at 1564 South Koeller Street in Oshkosh, Wisconsin; after a visual inspection of the main grill cord it was identified that the protective sheath was degraded, exposing copper wire of the conductors. The grill was not removed from service until repairs were made to render the equipment safe.
