29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) Delivery route location 1196 Mays Landing Road, Hammonton, NJ 08037: The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization of an employee that sustained a fractured vertebra after tripping over a curb, on or about 12/28/22. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1594360, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/20/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32203.
