Where the drive extends over other machine or working areas, protection against falling shall be provided. This subparagraph does not apply to manually operated sprockets.  a. On or about January 20, 2023, employees were exposed to pinch points while placing molds onto the mold reheat conveyor on the 4 Stage Line due to due to unguarded chains and sprockets.   b. On or about December 12, 2022, employees were exposed to pinch points while working alongside the mold dumper machine on the 4 Stage Line due to an unguarded chain and sprockets which indexed the molds onto the adjacent conveyor.
