29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a worksite located at 802 Crane Street, Raymore, Missouri, 64083, an employee was exposed to head injuries from falling objects.  The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the employee to work without the use of a protective helmet while under an employee at higher levels.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a worksite located at 802 Crane Street, Raymore, Missouri, 64083, an employee was exposed to eye injuries.  The employer exposed the employee to these injuries by allowing the employee to utilize a pneumatic nail gun without the use of appropriate eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At a worksite located at 802 Crane Street, Raymore, Missouri, 64083, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work at heights greater than six feet without the use of appropriate fall protection.
