The Diego Delgado dba Diego Delgado was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1029.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631733, citation number 1, item number 1, group a and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1725 Grouse St, Lot 51 Quail Landing, Foley, Alabama.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 1112 Pheasant Circle., Lot 89 Quail Landing, Foley, Alabama: On January 20, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring her employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to the ground below. The Diego Delgado dba Diego Delgado was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1029.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631733, citation number 1, item number 1, group b and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1725 Grouse St, Lot 51 Quail Landing, Foley, Alabama.
