29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about January 20, 2023, employees engaged in commercial construction were observed using an A-frame ladder for purposes other than the purpose for which it was designed. The ladder was leaned against the parapet wall to gain access to several areas of the roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
