29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Premier Inn located at 1302 Green Street, Conyers, GA 30013, Front side of building: On or about 1/20/23, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to an employee working from a JLG Aerial Lift Basket while caulking windows.
