29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:  a) At 1442 Gulf Blvd, Navarre, Florida: On or about January 19, 2023 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to stand on the rails of a 5533A Electric Articulating Boom Lift, exposing his employee to fall hazards of 27 feet to the concrete bellow.
