In the center area of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak QTN-350.  b. In the center area of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak QTN-350.  c. In the center area of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak QTN-300.  d. In the center area of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak QTN-300 II.
