29 CFR 1904.4(a):The employer did not record each work-related fatality, injury or illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent; a) APL 61 - East Coast Repair Shipyard: On or around 1/2/2023, an employee received an allergic skin reaction from working with Dex-O-Tex TM Clearseal epoxy. The reaction resulted in restricted time for the employee. The employer failed to record this occupationally induced illness on their logs. Corrected during the inspection.
