29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:   On January 23, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a residential building, without any fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On January 23, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while using a pneumatic gun and Makita hand saw without eye protection.
