(a) At a workplace located at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, 20001 Menefee Rd Sedalia, MO; employees were exposed to tripping hazards. In a walkway area that employees use to collect water samples from tanks, there was a part from a mixer protruding into the walkway.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4):Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: (a) At a workplace located at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, 20001 Menefee Rd Sedalia, MO; employees were exposed to burn hazards associated with fire. A fire extinguisher kept on a forklift was found to be not fully charged.
