29 CFR 1910.25(b)(7): The employer did not ensure that standard stairs are used to provide access from one walking-working surface to another when operations necessitate regular and routine travel between levels, including access to operating platforms for equipment. Winding stairways may be used on tanks and similar round structures when the diameter of the tank or structure is at least 5 feet (1.5 m).  a) At the portable paint mixers:  On or about 01/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that,  employees were using a 10 step rolling safety ladder where employees must step over the hand railing onto the metal work platform.
