29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 32015 Azure Avenue, Seaglass at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971: On or about 1/24/2023, employee(s) observed without body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket, approximately 20 feet above the ground, while working from an MEC 65J aerial lift on a 3-story construction site. Employee(s) wore a harness but the lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift as they transitioned between the balconies exposing the employee(s) to falls.
