OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to  crushing hazards:  a) At Park Street in Eutaw, Al, on or about January 20, 2023, an employee engaged in site clearing activities was exposed to crushing hazards while removing materials from the Maxi Cruise dump truck's (DOT# 2560821, Tag# 36A088E) drive shaft.
