29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:   On or about January 25, 2023, in the Sawyers section, employees operating the following equipment while being exposed to noise levels above the Action Limit were not monitored to determine the effectiveness of the hearing conservation program.   a) Websaw Socomp 101 while being exposed to noise levels of 87.3 dBA during a 440-minute sampling period, and  b) Builder machine while being exposed to noise levels of 87.4 dBA during a 440-minute sampling period.
