29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the temporary job site located at 17340 Richards St, Overland Park, KS on Lot 440, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun to secure roofing material in that eye protection was not provided or utilized.
