29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) At 813 Eva Kennedy Road, Suwanee, Georgia, on or about January 26, 2023 and times prior, the employer did not maintain an effective program to provide frequent and regular inspections in that five separate inspections of subcontracted companies onsite were in violation of multiple in-plain-view violations to include but not limited to falls, electrical, struck-by, and amputations. Patrick Malloy Communities, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401941, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 810 East Bryan Street Savannah, Georgia.
