29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) At 813 Eva Kennedy Drive, Lot 2, Suwanee, Georgia:  On or about January 26, 2023 and times prior, employees were observed performing framing operations, exposed to struck-by and eye injury hazards in that the employer did not enforce the use of eye protection while using equipment such as but not limited to saws and nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 813 Eva Kennedy Drive, Lot 2, Suwanee, Georgia: On or about January 26, 2023 and times prior, employees were observed exposed to approximately 11-foot fall hazards from the top plate, in that the employer did not enforce the use of personal fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) At 813 Eva Kennedy Drive, Lot 2, Suwanee, Georgia: On or about January 26, 2023, and times prior, employees were observed exposed to approximately 11-foot fall hazards from the top plate in that the employer did not enforce the use of a ladder for access/egress.
