29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations. a) New residential construction located at Lot #39 of the Magnolia Station Subdivision Lula, GA 30554, Ground area: On or about 01/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a TranzSporter TP250, in that the manufactured installed wire rope was replaced by a nylon climbing rope, which is not a proper replacement cable as indicated by the manufacturer of the material hoist equipment.
