29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction located on Lot #39 of the Magnolia Station Subdivision Lula, GA 30554, Roofing area: On or about 01/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet 7-inches to the lower ground level, in that fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in house wrapping activities on a roofing system with a pitch of 10/12.
