29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). At a worksite located at 2402 W. Spring Dr., Ozark, Missouri. The employer as the general contractor of a multi-employer worksite did not conduct regular inspections of all operations, equipment, work areas and facilities, to ensure that subcontractors were operating equipment as intended, wearing and using the correct PPE to protect from hazards such as but not limited to fall and struck-by hazards at the worksite.
