29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i):Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: 16 Bulge Rd. Devens, MA 01434: On or about January 26, 2023, the employer had provided N-95 masks for voluntary use by employees when performing tasks such as, but not limited to, installing pipe insulation, and the employer had not provided employees with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.34.
