29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  a.	Located at 2990-3000 Greysteel Crossing, Columbus, OH 43219: On or about January 27, 2022 and at times prior, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to ensure that fall and struck-by hazards present onsite were being identified and corrected while employees performed framing activities for a three story apartment building.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. Located at 2990-3000 Greysteel Crossing, Columbus, OH 43219: On or about January 27, 2023, employees used pneumatic nail guns to secure wooden boards to an under-construction roof without eye or face protection, which exposed them to struck-by hazards from flying particles.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  a.  Located at 2990-3000 Greysteel Crossing, Columbus, OH 43219:  On or about January 27, 2023, employees engaged in framing the roof structure at a height of approximately 30' were not protected from falls by the use of any fall protection or prevention equipment.

Located at 2990-3000 Greysteel Crossing, Columbus, OH 43219:  On or about January 27, 2023, employees used an interior staircase in an under-construction apartment building to climb to a height of approximately 20 feet without handrails and stairrails, which exposed them to fall hazards.
