United Methodist Homes, 584 Long Hill Avenue, Shelton, CT 06484, Front of the building drop off area.: On or about January 20, 2023 an employee was tasked with removing a Christmas wreath from the outside of the building entrance.  The ladder slipped and the employee fell approximately 12 feet sustaining a serious injury where as the ladder was placed on a slippery surface.
