On or about January 24, 2023, the employer did not provide information and training in that employees working in the paint department exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Hentzen SP-11 (carcinogen, flammable) and AkzoNobel Eclipse High Solids Polyurethane Enamel (carcinogen, flammable) did not know the location and availability of the safety data sheets.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interferes with valve function; or a.) On or about January 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees required to wear a 3M 6300 half mask elastomeric respirator or 3M full face respirator when sanding airplane panels on a downdraft table were clean shaven and did not have facial hair between the sealing surface of the facepiece. Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469671, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2022, with respect to the workplace located at Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc., 145 Hunter Drive, Wilmington, OH 45177.
