29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  Location:  2446 Highland Ave. Fall River, MA in front of Catholic Memorial Home.  On or about 01/30/23 an employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than 12 feet to the ground below, where a personal fall arrest system was not in use while working from a boom truck bucket.
