29 CFR  1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  (a) On or about 01/24/2023, at  7411 Estate Bovoni Bay 309 St Thomas,  00802 - Pro Solar Office and Warehouse, a 33.5 Lb Propane flammable gas cylinder was not stored in a secured area to avoid being struck or damaged, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards. (b) On or about 01/24/2023, at  7411 Estate Bovoni Bay 309 St Thomas,  00802 - Pro Solar Office and Warehouse, a 20 Lb Propane flammable gas cylinder was not stored in a secured area to avoid being struck or damaged, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.  NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

29 CFR  1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord and plug-connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket):  (a) On or about 01/24/2023, at  7411 Estate Bovoni Bay 309 St Thomas,  00802 - outside of the warehouse adjacent to the fire exit, a Nissan Electric Vehicle was being charged with a cord that had each of the electrical splices and conductors exposed creating an electrical hazard for employees.   NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c).
