29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) a) Near Line 2; On or about January 30, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that secondary containers were labeled for chemicals including, but not limited to, Catalyst MCS 5615PPG, Black X77 Blend, 89177 8984 5614-5690 2:1 Blend, Dynathane Surractant with 5615 added, SYS 5027, Repi Black 90196 4:1 Blend, and Isocyanate (MDI), which compounders are required to use or handle when mixing in order to prepare for a line run.
