29 CFR  1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.   a)  At 1948 County Highway 83 South, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida:  On January 31, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a ladder jack scaffold without first ensuring the crew was trained on the hazard associated with scaffolds to include but not limited erecting scaffolds  and the requirement for fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 13 feet 5 inches to the ground below.
