29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) At 951 Interstate Centre Blvd, Ellabell, GA 31308: On or about January 31, 2023, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that training was not provided to employees that worked with chemicals in the maintenance shop and while changing propane cylinders on the company's forklifts.
