29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(I): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training in other unique or potentially hazardous conditions of the workplace that could affect safe operation. a) Ikea #211 - Conshohocken, PA: On or about January 25, 2023, powered industrial truck operators and other personnel working at Bay Door 4 did not receive training regarding a potentially hazardous condition caused by the defective vehicle restraint system. Additional training and precautions were not taken to ensure powered industrial truck operators were safe when entering truck containers/trailers at Bay Door 4.
