29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the Main facility, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of WD-40, acetone, denatured Alcohol, and BraKleen, which can cause dermal allergic reactions if contact with skin is made, and eye damage, if contact with eyes is made while handling the chemicals.
